About the Job


Branding and PR
• Plan and execute all branding and PR activities that are conceived in close coordination
with the management team and the marketing team internally.
• Define KPIs and understand success metrics of all campaigns executed at a central or
local standpoint.
• Manage relationships on an ongoing basis with Feet-on-street marketing agencies.

Central Marketing Ops

• Manage contact center operations from a marketing perspective. Devise weekly action
items for contact centers for identifying, developing, and executing cross-sell
opportunities among ou customer base
• Ideate and execute digital marketing strategies in a cost-effective manner
• Manage relationships on an ongoing basis with digital marketing agencies
• Generate marketing collateral aligned with clients brand strategy
• Manage all of client platforms for the necessary UI elements to align with clients brand strategy

Skills & Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in marketing or business administration from Tier 1 institute.
• At least 3-6 years experience as a marketing manager.
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
