About the Job

Overview

Main Responsibilities

● Develop strategies and execute them to onboard customers to the platform

● Develop trust relationships with customers of onboarded partners

● Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements

● Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing

solutions that meet their objectives

● Find process gaps and refine them, working on reducing the onboarding TAT

● Serve as the POC between customers and internal teams

● Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints

to maintain trust

● Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external

Stakeholders

Qualifications

● 1-2 Years of Experience in growth stage startups

● Should know Hindi, English. Kannada will be an added advantage

● Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs will be a

plus

● Excellent organizational skills

● Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

● High level of Customer Empathy

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building

relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
