We are currently looking out for multiple leaders to join our fast-growing team, someone who can build excellent ops processes, be aggressive to overachieve the targets, build & manage large teams, etc. 

What will you do @TalentStack?

    Build, Manage & Lead a large team of Recruiters in dotted line reporting, Handle at least 4-6 team leads directly, Guide & mentor the team to build excellent ops processes, Strong understanding of Sourcing & Screening both Active & Passive, Train the recruiters on sourcing strategies & sourcing channels based on different roles across different platforms, Manage the end to end P&L of the operations, Build strategies & handle execution to over-achieve targets month on month, Work in sync with Client Success & Business ,

Who can apply @TalentStack?

    Must have at least 6+ years of experience in Recruitment (Tech, Non-Tech, Product or Design) with atleast 3+ years managing large teams and handling P&L, Bachelor's Degree in any field, Experience working on startups/product companies requirements would be highly preferred, Excellent understanding of operations processes & best practices , Must be a go-getter and aggressive to over-achieve targets, Data-Driven problem solver, Excellent communication & interpersonal skills,
